Certified calibration for AMERICAN RECORDER models SPL-8810 and SPL-8810A to factory specification. You will be required to ship your sound level meter to our California location.
Once you complete the online order, a return authorization (RA) will be emailed to you, usually within 24 hours. Carefully package your meter to protect from damage during transit and include a copy of RA in the package.
Ship package to the mailing address on the RA form and write the RA on the outside of the package.
Once we receive your sound level meter, allow 2-3 days to process. Your equipment, along with your calibration certificate, will be returned to you via Priority Mail or UPS.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
